Embed Gateway forms on your website
The Gateway admissions forms can run on your own school website. Pick a form, enter your school's address name, and paste the snippet into your page. The form itself runs on Gateway, so submissions go straight into your admissions inbox.
Before you start
- In Gateway, open Admin → Settings → Embeds and switch embedding on.
- Add the domain of the website that will show the form (for example
www.your-school.org) to the allowed domains. Gateway refuses to be framed anywhere else. - Choose the form below, copy the snippet and paste it into your page.

The page is yours
- The form has no header or footer, so it takes your site's look around it.
- The embedded form is not indexed by search engines; your own page is.

- Every school also has its own public admissions pages on Gateway, which you can link to instead of embedding.
